Most things are made to order, so expect 2-3 days to process your order. Most items ship in 3-5 business days, but I try to be quicker than that. 😄

As long as the products is in new, unused condition, returns can be made within 14 days of receipt. Simply contact me letting me know. For digital items, there are NO RETURNS allowed because of the nature of the product.

During some holidays such as Christmas, I still aim to ship out on time. However, shipping times may still be delayed because of increased volume for mail carriers.
